The Hampton Roads Warriors teams provide a safe and competitive environment for young women to learn and enjoy the game of fastpitch softball.  The focus is on player development.  The organization is committed to providing all  girls with an experience that fosters positive self-esteem, team spirit, and individual growth through personal achievement and team play. The players learn softball fundamentals and life skills  through good sportsmanship, leadership, and positive peer interaction.
